Refund Policy

We thank you and value your service or product purchase from our Website www.Signatech.com (hereinafter referred to as “Signatech”). Please read this policy and the Signatech terms and conditions carefully which provide you with important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase or service we provide to you.

There are some conditions for processing any refund as follows. 1st – If the application is not processed from our side. In this case, we may offer a partial refund after a deduction of 30% as refund charges. 2nd – If the application is processed from our side. In this case, no refund is possible.

We give all our efforts to provide the service to you as per your specifications and timelines specified against each service or product purchased by you from Signatech. Despite, if due to any reason, we are unable to provide you with the service or product you purchased from us, then you will be allowed to get a refund that will be subject to the following situations:

The Refund will be only considered in the case where is a clear, visible deficiency with the service or product purchased from Signatech.

In a situation where a customer has paid for a service but then requests for a refund only because there was a change in mind for the customer’s side, the refund will not be granted as there is no fault, defect, or onus on Signatech.

Refund requests will not be welcomed after the work has been shared with you in the case of a change of mind. Despite this, we will provide you with the option of using the amount paid for by you, for an alternative service in Signatech amounting to the same value and the said amount could be applied in part or whole towards the said new service; and If a refund request has been asked 30 (thirty) days after the purchase of a service or product has been completed and the same has been suggested and indicated via email or any form of communication declaring that the work has been completed, then, such refund request shall be considered invalid and shall not be counted.

If the request for the refund is approved by Signatech, the same will be processed and intimated to you via email. This refund process will take a minimum of 15 (fifteen) business days to process and shall be credited to your bank account accordingly. We will handle the refund process with care and guarantee that the money spent by you is returned to you as earliest as possible.
